About Me
I am a licensed mental health professional trained in evidence-based practices to support children, families, and individuals through life’s challenges. My specialized training includes Child Parent Psychotherapy (ages 0–6), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (ages 2–7), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I am also trained in suicide prevention and intervention approaches including CAMS Care, ASSIST, and Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk (AMSR).

I care deeply about the people I work with and recognize the courage it takes to come to therapy. Because of that, I strive to give each person the very best of my skills and attention. I also bring a warm sense of humor to my work, helping clients find the fun in growing, even in the midst of challenges.

Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings—ranging from inpatient psychiatric care and college counseling to outpatient mental health clinics and community-based services for Native American populations. This variety has deepened my understanding of how to meet clients where they are, with compassion and culturally responsive care. I am thrilled to now be part of the Strong Self Mental Health team.
